SAES Closing?

I’ve heard through the gvine that Aramco is considering closing all Saudi Aramco Expatriate Schools and outsource the education to a third party. This would mean that teachers would no longer be Aramco employees or receive the Aramco benefits package. Any truth to the rumors?
