Hey guys, We are planning to move to saudia from Canada. I want your input as how hard it is to get hired by aramco. I have 15 plus years experience with an mba and a designation. I am working as Vice President in an investment firm from last 12 years. Your input will be highly appreciated

At least 6 to 18 months, from application to arrival. Even after accepting a conditional offer, there's a comprehensive background investigation, medical, visa issue, and other formalities, and that can take 3 to 6 month, included in the 6 to 18.
Patience is the key, from the beginning.

My only concern is about my older kid education as he is in grade 8 and I dont have much years left to be out of Canada for his university education.

Unfortunately, I'm not familiar with the education aspect as I don't have children.

Hi,
This depends on the position and the number of people being interviewed, but generally if Aramco wanted to fill a specific position, and you were skilled enough you would get hired quickly.
One advice: do not, and I repeat, do not quit your current job or get distracted with the process of Aramco. Just apply, and follow the instructions sent to you, and if you were lucky you would get hired.

o,
Myself Sarath Ravindran from India, working here in an oil refinery for last 10 years. I have been selected for a job in Aramco refinery by f2f interview held in July 2018. After the interview i was informed that i was selected and asked to wait for the offer. In between i started the documentation process as per the guidelines from the consultancy. But still i have not received any offer from the company. Initially they said it would take around one month. But it is been almost 2 months over and some of my friends have got their offer already, who were offered less package comapred to me with bachelor status. Will it take more time for getting the offer? Thankful if any one give a clarification regarding the same.
Thank you.
