Hi everyone,
I am a PhD holder and I have recently accepted at Saudi Aramco (I am western citizen). Now, I am waiting for the salary offer since few days. Nevertheless, my recruiter asked for 3 pay slips of my current work. Due to the confidential policy of my employer, I have informed her that I can not share this piece of information. Therefore, I have sent the first page of my contract that contains my annual salary (without taxes....). Now, they are asking about detailed information regarding my current salary (health insurance, taxes payment, dentist insurance, housing....). They mentioned that this information is useful to better estimate the offer and it is in my favor to release this info. Is that really the case or is it a part of game they are trying to play in order to minimize and limit the offer they prepare. The thing is that I am relativity new in my current position and I earn lower than the market's value in my country. Shall I give them this information? Shall I refuse their request and inform them about my suggestions and assumptions I have in mind to work in Saudi Arabia.
Thank you in advance.

This is standard and part of the process. If you're serious about getting the best possible overall package, play ball as give all information, as this will help you.
