Waiting for new Interview Date

I will like to know if anyone has been recently interviewed by Unconventional Resources Department for any role with Well Completion Operations & Production Engineering Department? I am asking because, i was supposed to interview with this department sometime in January via Hirevue but the interviewer did not show up. I have been in contact with the recruiter but she's not been able to reschedule the interview. I am wondering if i should continue to wait or i should re-apply? Anyone has similar experience and has to wait for long before interview was reschedule? Any advice please?
