Hmm, good question. So I visited Ras Tanura on a weekend via Aramco bus service to go the beach, and I met the group of French-speaking Swiss folks at said time. We didn't discuss where everyone was based out of, and since a day trip to Ras Tanura to see the beach is a popular excursion, it is tough to say whether they were actually stationed there or at from the Dhahran camp like myself who was just here for a day trip.
