Hi Folks,
I got an email from my recruiter that aramco would like to conduct my education verification prior to an offer. I thought all verification/BI happens after the offer but in my case education verification has started prior any offer. Anyone had similar experience before?

It's probably part of the market evaluation, to determine your offer, and they look at K-12, along with post-secondary. Out of curiosity, where are you coming in from, where did you do post-secondary and K-12?

In the email it clearly states that this is not an indication that an offer will be made but if an offer is made will speed up the start date.

I received the same email, before accepting the offer. They said agreeing to start the education verification speeds up the mobilization process has a case you accept the offer. It’s entirely up to you if you want to start the process now or wait for finalizing the offer.

Aramco's background investigation company does the education verification directly with the insute/university. I was only asked to provide a copy of my degree and transcripts. Apart from that I had no role in the verification. |

Provide your copy of transcripts, degrees, diplomas, etc, along with ID numbers from post-secondary, and Aramco BI team will verify, with your consent of course. There is no need to contact any places you've studied.
