o everybody.
Currently I'm working in Singapore in one of the refineries and had applied aramco (jazan refinery) few days back.
So I received a call from the recruiter and they were mentioning about bachelor/family status. Currently I am married but no kids.
I have a few questions in mind. And maybe you guys can correct me if I'm wrong.
1. For bachelor status, after 6 months probation period, I would have the interim leave? What does it mean?
2. For family status, my wife will be relocating with me. But according to my recruiter, she will be leaving off compound which is 1-2 hours away from me. So how often will I be able to see her?
3. Will my wife be in Saudi without me having to apply her visa indefinitely for as long as I am working in Saudi?
4. Is it possible for me to live with my wife instead of leaving away from my wife?
5. What is the working hours like? For shift and no shift personnel?
So far these are the questions that I have from the top of my head. Thank you for answering them 😊

Hi, so nice to see a fellow singaporean here. Me too! But I just got approached by a recruiter and not yet decided if I should go for it. Relocating is a tough decision.
Anyway, so you are past through the interviews and got offered? How is the package like?
Anyway, was told that the west coast where the refinery is hasn’t have accommodations ready for family members and they will have to live in the East Coast. Amranco has planes to fetch employers to the refinery and back to their family. I was told take sat morning flight into the refinery and early wed afternoon can fly back.

2. The people know on Family status in Jazan currently fly back every weekend - a Thurs/Fri weekend compared to a Fri/Sat weekend that the East coast works on. 3. You need a resident card (iqama) or visit visa to be in Saudi. You cannot be here without a visa /residency of some sort. 4. Not if you are working in Jazan. There is no family accomadation available there. It is planned, but not available currently.
