All in all, it sounds like you got a good deal, more so when compared to your living costs and salary in Ontario right now!
Because of your rental property, you'll have secondary ties to Canada, even if you're family joins you. Your best option is to set up a Numbered Ontario Inc, and transfer the le deed to the company, then your shielded. Talk to your accountant or estate adviser.
So, it's a bit more complicated for non-residency: are you factual or non-factual?
I've been deemed a non-factual resident: I have no dependents, no assets, etc...just bank accounts and credit cards. Even then, I can retain my driving license and OHIP, and file either NIL or declare my income to the CRA; in either case, I'm not liable to pay taxes.
I've got a great accountant in Mississauga if you're interested!

How do I know, if I will be factual or Non Factual resident of Canada, Once I move to Saudi with my family.
I spoke with my accountant as well. She mentioned few things.
1. If I have home in Canada I am declared a resident and have to pay taxes. Which is understandable however, RRSP room would not increase based on my earnings in Suadi even if I pay all the taxes in Canada. I find this strange
2. I like the idea of setting up Numbered Ontario Inc. I would be very intrested in speaking with you accountant - if you dont mind send me a PM. I would probably call him once all the paper work is completed.
How is overall living in Yanbu? I understand this forum is for Aramco, however would be working with RoyCommission in Yanbu with SAPL aka Parsons Corp. I have previously lived in Fort McMurray, AB 2 year with family and left after the Fire - and we were quite happy there to be honest. lived in Calgary for 2 years - lived in Mississauga for 12 years and on east end of Toronto working on the Nuclear Project.

Yes, you need to talk to your accountant about factual vs non-factual, and from the sounds of it, no, you don't fail into either b/c of your rental property.
Do you plan to keep your primary residence, sell, or rent? That's the decider with the CRA right there.
No idea about Yanbu, I'm in Dhahran on main camp, but to be honest, from what you've mentioned, I believe it's better than what Aramco would offer. In fact, I've been hearing that other companies are now providing better overall packages VS Aramco, and this is in line with that changes Aramco has made with RAA, and potential future changes that are still in the rumor mill, so I won't go there.
I grew up in Calgary and have spent most of my career working abroad in places like Tanzania, India, Qatar and now Saudi. I was briefly in Toronto, and then came to Saudi.
I will PM you my accountants details.

I hope all goes well with you .... The work with SAPL in Yanbu is extremely unstable (high turnover) prepare yourself and family for possible short-term employment. company family housing is not an incentive ... it is not adequate and poorly maintained(be aware of asbestose in some of these old buildings)

What are some of the reason for high turnover? I only plan to do do 2 year contract any way - no plan at this moment on staying longer.
Are you currently working in Yanbu?

Dear StarboyX, I am curious about options for looking for jobs in Saudi Arabia. Till now, I had heard only about Saudi Aramco but it looks like more options are available. I have not yet started the process of applying but was wondering what is a good place to start beside Aramco's website ? Will appreciate any pointer(s) from you. Thanks.
