do Aramco offer any learning options? like paying professional fees, learning hub to take courses or do uni in personnel development? Depends on your Department. We hardly get any approvals Yes, there are face to face courses, you would be pushed to take 1-3 per year and Aramco has mutliple courses online. Online courses cover technical fields (geology,RE etc) but also software. SPE access is open when you login from the work PC and company can reimburse subscritions. I wouldn't count on universities this year |
