I would be joining by end of march 2018. We are a family of 3 and a small pet. We are looking for a place which is pet friendly and has good playground / garden for kids. We are looking for a gated community. Can somebody give an idea about avee rent in good compound for 2 bedroom villa or apartment? I have heard that rents have come down in Saudi in last 12-15 months. I have been living in Bahrain for last 9 years. I guess compounds are more expensive in Saudi than Bahrain.
So I would really appreciate if you guys can share your ideas on avee rental for 2 bedroom villa or apartment? Are these villas / apartments fully furnished or semi furnished or no furnishing? What extra I would have to pay other than rent? Is there any municipality tax (in Bahrain, one generally pays about 10% of your rent as tax). Are utilities / internet included in the rent or one has to pay separate?
