I have interview coming up for Well Services Foreman/Company Man with the Unconventional Resources Department, i will like to know if it is possible to request for 28/28 Days rotation instead of the 14/7 rotation stated ion the job Board? And if anyone knows if they are flexible with the rotations so that i won't need to move my Family to Saudi?

A 14/7 rotation sounds like you will be required to move to Saudi. I really don’t think there’s room for any negotiation. But hey, maybe there is, I didn’t ask. I’ve been waiting nearly a year for an offer or rejection. So be ready to be patient, it’s a virtue.

@ Countryoilman, you've been waiting for 1 year? You think the Manager is still the same? I think they change managers from time to time and it might be possible it is a different person in charge now, may be you should re-apply.

I was supposed to be interviewed via Hirevue. I logged into the interview lobby 30min before scheduled time but the interviewer from unconventional Resources did not show up after waiting for over 2hours. I found this really strange because there was no email nor phone call advising that they won't be showing up. The HR from Houston office was also surprised but promised to touch base with the Hiring Manager. Anyone ever experienced this before? How do i move forward from here? Would be right to say that there might be possibility that hiring has been put on hold?

I don’t think there is a need to reapply, I keep in touch with my recruiter. If she were to tell me to reapply, then I would think it would be necessary. If you search throughout the forum you will see that my situation is quite normal. Some have waited longer. As far as the interviewee not showing up, maybe someone on the forum can chime in and give you some insight on that. Myself, I had a face to face followed by a video interview. Again, I’m still waiting on a decision.
