Hi folks,
Some questions regarding leaves I know that for Bachelor status employees there are 38 calendar days from which (14+2 travel and 10+2 travel) should be taken consequtively. The other 38-14-10 = 14 remaining days how can be taken? Off course is a matter of management approval and operational needs but I need to know the policy -culture of the company. So, my questions are:
1) Can I take those days taking for instance one day (eg sunday ) per month in order to have a small 3 day out monthly? 2) If not how the company "prefers" to give those days? As a block? Added with annual repat and interim? 3) Which are the peak periods that is difficult to ask for a leave? 4) Is it true that the christmas-new year day period is a high pick load period and take a leave is difficult? 5) In case of emergency (someone of my family back to my home country is in the hospital) leave is there any procedure to follow?
Please provide answers according personal and from other coleagues experience
Kind regards

Talk to your manager and try to plans leave in advance. However, don't push it while on probation. Yes, there are provisions for emergency leave, as I went thru this in June. Again, your best option is to keep your manager in the loop.

I can't be more specific because I don't know myself. Again it comes down to your manager and dept.
