Dear Friends,

I had submitted all my documents on 4th Dec, 2017 after having my online face to face interview with department in Aramco. Today I got an email from the AOC Staffing Services
saying the following:

"In reference to your interview please be informed that the department in Saudi has decided to place your application on hold for now. However, this may change in the coming weeks.
As soon as we receive any further feedback from our hiring managers we will let you know."

Does any one have any idea of what this means? I was looking forward for the offer letter but for this. Any suggestion or recommendations will be helpful.

Not sure if it is a bad sign, but seems it is normal in Aramco. Are you liaising with AOC London or Houston?

Be patient. Keep in touch with recruiters every call weeks. Call them every now and then; you might get info off the record. Just be discrete and professional the entire time.

I have interview coming up for Well Services Foreman/Company Man with the Unconventional Resources Department, i will like to know if it is possible to request for 28/28 Days rotation instead of the 14/7 Rotation stated ion the job Board? And if anyone knows if they are flexible with the rotations so that i won't need to move my Family to Saudi?

I have the same situation I did my interview on 16/01/2018 and they placed my application on hold when i asked them why the response of the client to have more interviews before making decision.
Is this a good sign?
I have been thinking about this job since
i did the interview.
