Hi All, I just received an offer from Aramco as staff, Drilling Foreman position which is 28/28 rotational basis.
In the offer it is stated global payroll, grade 13, what i am also seeing is 1-base salary 2-standart overbase (20% of base salary) 3- benefits supplement(25% of base salary)
In addition to those overtime is stated, which i could not figure that out how it is calculated.
There is also RAA (rental assistance allovance) 3* base salary.
What i am asking is overtime hours to be paid is clear in the contract but how i can not figure out how much will be the hourly overtime pay. Is there any standart formula that i can find by dividing the base sallary?
In addition since i will be on rotational basis, will they pay RAA,
What i heard years back, there is sign on bonus but i could not see anything in my offer, anybody knows about is it still available or not?
Last thing is end of service benefits which i found low, like 19k$ for 5 years & 100k$ for 10 years. Is this amounts are standart for samegrade global payrolls or changing from offer to offer, also is there any 2 year end of service money available if i left after 2 years, it is written but not clear on the offer. Thank you very much in advance. Warm regards...

Couldn't comment on overtime. With respect to End of Service I believe it's paid at 2 years as well though smaller. The reason the amounts are so low is because this benefit has been drastically decreased this summer. Expats hired pre summer 2017 have a plan that pays 3 or 4X what is now being offered.

Decreased items as I understand are RAA, vacation, children education and flight seat to come to KSA. It means on most areas.

I think overtime is 1.5 times normal rate
I know sign on is at their discretion. End of service is only severance as required by Saudi labor law. The end of service did decrease as others mentioned but the benefit supplement increased. The overall package is lower though
