Hi All,
I just received an offer from Aramco as staff, Drilling Foreman position which is 28/28 rotational basis.
In the offer it is stated global payroll, grade 13, what i am also seeing is
1-base salary
2-standart overbase (20% of base salary)
3- benefits supplement(25% of base salary)
In addition to those overtime is stated, which i could not figure that out how it is calculated.
There is also RAA (rental assistance allovance) 3* base salary.
What i am asking is overtime hours to be paid is clear in the contract but how i can not figure out how much will be the hourly overtime pay. Is there any standart formula that i can find by dividing the base sallary?
In addition since i will be on rotational basis, will they pay RAA,
What i heard years back, there is sign on bonus but i could not see anything in my offer, anybody knows about is it still available or not?
Last thing is end of service benefits which i found low, like 19k$ for 5 years & 100k$ for 10 years. Is this amounts are standart for samegrade global payrolls or changing from offer to offer, also is there any 2 year end of service money available if i left after 2 years, it is written but not clear on the offer.
