Do a search for “orientation”. You will find a post by Starboyx that will answer your question.

I've posted a thread calling "I arrived from Canada in March 2017" with my original post and an update to some questions that were asked.
To re-iterate the highlights, orientation is as follows:
Orientation is for 2 days, usually Wednesday and Thursdays, and usually wraps up a little after lunch, which you'll receive a voucher for. You'll be staying in Munirah: a bus will take you to orientation at Midra. Bring along your banking info if you want salary sent home.
If you have questions, ask at orientation. During orientation week, go with others once you're free in the afternoon and get to Industrial Security before 2:30 to get switch your temp ID card to temp badge.
In orientation, they quickly go over a lot of corporate policies and procedures, do's and don'ts. It's not job or dept specific, so don't worry about taking notes.
It's a small session, about 10 to 15, and there will be refreshments there too.
Basically, it's just for you to get a feel of Aramco and your surroundings. Remember, we've all traveled from long and far, and have different backgrounds and experiences. The move itself, and settling in, can be very stressful, more so when you're at Munirah and meeting other guys who are all venting about the same thing.
The advice I give everyone is simple: be patient and respectful. It will help you both personally and professionally.
