Hi guys,

I understand and actually agree that the management should be in Saudi hands.Also if an expat carier is stagnant I also understand that.But If an expat performs (or at least try hard) well is there any slot for him to participate in external training courses worldwide in order to excell?Or only Saudis are for this?
I am european.
