I am working in Saudi Arabia for past 7+ years in an American Multinational. I might have an opportunity to join Aramco very soon. I am aware of the different payroll based on the passport one holds. I hold a tier-2 country passport but have a good current remuneration in my present job in the Dhahran. So what will HR consider while making me an offer?
My current salary + a few % on the top of it
Or
Lower salary ranges based on my nationality (which they know that I of course won't accept)?
Please guide...
