Hi Folks,
I interviewed for a position in London last month and have been told that it went well and I have been put on hold until the new positions gets approved in 2018. Is this common in aramco and anyone had a similar experience of waiting till next year?

Oct 2016 I was contacted by Saudi (not a contractor) to let my name stand for operations jobs at Jazan. They told the process would take 6 months to a year to complete.
Feb 2017 passed all initial and phone interviews and was told next one will be a face to face in Houston.
The Houston interviews were scheduled for the end of March, then were cancelled, then scheduled for the end of April, then cancelled.
Houston (Saudi HR) does not know when they will be rescheduled.
I have read many posts and many people have experienced LONG wait times.
Hopefully vacations will wrap up soon and information will start flowing again.
