You can't get these people to return your emails or phone calls. Might be the absolute worst group of people I've ever had to deal with. You call, leave messages, etc. and there is nothing but radio silence. Saudi Aramco personnel are getting frustrated with these people because of their lack of responsibility and responsiveness. I'm not sure I can make this jump if they aren't even dependable to return a phone call or email. Has anybody else have any problems?
I could really see these bunch of bozos in Houston leaving me stranded over there with little coordination. My faith is sinking regardless of financial offer.

First patience, patience and more patience is the key to coming to work for Aramco and the process is lengthy. If you have no patience now through the hiring process, you definitely should not come here.
This company because of the length of the process does not usually correspond until they have something to tell you. That is normal proceedure. If you did a search of the forum, you would understand that fact.
Frustrating when you are used to U.S. companies or companies elsewhere in the world, I know. But it is a norm here during the hiring process which can last for over a year.
Also this time of year has been Ramadan, and Eid Holidays. Recruiters in Houston, know the the person they may need to answer questions may be on vacation or business trips. If it requires more than one person to answer, it could be wait for the first person 3 or 4 weeks, then the next person has left and it will be weeks before they return. Also Ramadan and an Eid just finished and the second Eid Holiday is coming up. Lots of people will be gone for that Eid. This is also the time families are out before school started this week. Just think once here, you will be enjoying all the time off as well.
