What sort of deductions should one expect if you are on the Global Payroll? The offer I received stated that "Your monthly payment statement may include additional deductions not listed here. See the Compensation & Benefits booklet for additional details." My understanding is that Saudi has no income tax, and there is no mentioning of life or AD&D insurance in the Terms and Conditions, so I'm assuming no insurance is offered to Global Payroll employees and hence the "additional deductions" mentioned in the offer is not related to those.
Much appreciated if someone can shed lights on this.

Deductions can be for dental, dues for the Employees association membership, etc.

Your Iqama fees may also be part of the deductions.

So far we know of Saudi Dependents fees - fees per dependent, starting from 100riyals per dependent this year, progressively increasing to 400riyals per dependent per month in 2020.

Here is what the new expat levy will cost: In 2017 . Dependents of expats will each incur a monthly fee of SR100, from July onwards
In 2018 . Dependents of expats will each incur a monthly fee of SR200, from July onwards
. In companies where the number of foreign employees is equal to or lower than the number of Saudis, a monthly fee of SR300 will apply from January onwards
. In companies where the number of foreign employees exceeds the number of Saudis, a monthly fee of SR400 will apply from January onwards.
