I had a face to face interview with KSA in April at Houston, now the HR sent me an email said that KSA request a phone interview, did anybody have the same experience?

I had a phone interview then a face to face couple weeks later in Houston. Now just waiting on decision. I wouldn't find having a face to face then a phone interview to unusual. Most likely one or more of the key individuals in the hiring decision couldn't make the Houston interview.
The good news is you're progressing and still under consideration!

Susan, not sure what your question is? Vpainter is just saying each hiring organization at Aramco and interviewing process can be a little different. 1)Phone interview, in-person or Video/Skype or 2)In-person then phone or just 3) one in-person interview - all depends on org and/or circumstance.
I would just conclude they want a second interview with you.
