I had mine on Wed for the JV finance role. I thought I did fine but don't think I knocked it out of the park. I was told the feedback was positive and should hear more in 2 to 3 weeks.
How about you..
How did it go? What finance position did you interview for, if you don't mind me asking?

I was interviewing for the same position. Definitely a tough interview, but I think I held up ok. Honestly though, the position wasn't a great fit for my experience and I was notified today that I was cut. I'm still hoping there will be another opening that fits my background better. Hope you make the cut!

They told me two to three weeks to hear back. Additionally, they said the manager from Dhahran was going to London after Houston to meet with other finance candidates. Did you interview for the JV or another finance position?

I was not very clear about the position as I had applied for another position but they were telling me my skills were more relevant for another position, not sure which one! Fingers crossed, let's see what we hear back! I heard normally positive feedback after interview means good prospects, but of course does not mean 100% until you see offer, you know better as you have been there before!

Pixie, the job I interviewed for and the other jobs that they were interviewing for last week in Houston are finance roles in the controller's org. I believe the job you interviewed for was a finance/planning role outside the controller's org. I was told I should hear something in two to three weeks after my interview.
When did you interview?

Hi Cowboy, I interviewed mid April and was told by the hiring manager than he just started his interview process and will be on an 'interviewing tour'. I've not heard anything yet. I was approached by their hiring team based out of the UK, were u approached too? Thanks for your sharing.

Yes, I was contacted by a recruiter out of the Houston office. I must share I worked for Aramco in Dhahran from 2008 to 2013. We had to return to US due to a family circumstance but desire to go back now. Patience is the key for the Aramco hiring process! If he just began interviewing maybe a month or more until you hear back. I would just check in with the recruiter every one to two weeks until you get an answer.
When I was hired back in 2008, I interviewed the beg of Nov 07 and didn't receive my offer until mid Feb 08 (over 3 months); however, my hiring process was in the middle of Ramadan/Eid.

Hi Cowboy, thank you for sharing this very useful insight. I have checked with my recruiter again although it has been radio silence so far maybe because he has no updates. I'll stay hopeful. Wishing you all the best and hope you get an outcome soon too. I'll touch base again to seek further advice accordingly. Have a great week ahead.

It is the norm to not hear any news from anyone while you wait. Even once you get an offer, it is normal for you not to hear from your relocation agent. They contact you when they have something to tell you. Frustrating at best when you cannot get answers you would like to have.
