Is it in any manner possible to switch from a lower payroll to a higher payroll under exceptional cases. I know the payrolls are based on the nationality/passport, but if the company is badly in need of the candidate, can the candidate push for a higher payroll. Does it work this or can it work this way? Or is it just accept it or refuse it without further negotiations.
