It appears that SA will no longer be providing payment to cover the sale or rental of homes for new hires

My relo advisor tells me there is a possibility of getting something done if you were already in the process when this change took place; so basically keep your paperwork and submit it when you get to KSA, and see if it can still be done on a case by case basis!

This is a surprise as I received offer in Jan and this allowance was part of my offer benefits.
Is it for new offers going forward or is it also applicable who are currently in BI and visa is not yet received?
As Aramco clearly instructed not to make any changes to their situation until all contingencies are cleared so no paper work was done until now and now this change happened.
It is not fair to those who already been offered the job but not yet completed all BI and Visa process and not yet moved.

If it was in your offer. Submit your paperwork when you arrive in KSA. They usually grandfather in those who have been offered it. No guarentees, but doesn't hurt to try as Cob said.
