o - I have checked in FAQ section but still could not get around to send my PM message as it is showing in OUTBOX and could not find any option to move it from Outbox to Sent folder. Appreciate for any help that you can offer.

Please see the following from FAQs
Why Can't I Send Someone a Private Message (PM)? Postby vpainter ยป Sun Jun 01, 2014 12:08 pm
There is a known glitch in our system. PM's are not moving to the sent box and remain in the outbox even though you tried to send them and they may show that they have sent.
Your PM did send. It just did not move. Some will move, others never do.
I just empty my sent box when it reaches 50 or I move them manually to the sent box.
Again, sorry for the confusion this glitch causes. The forum was built and is run by volunteers. The time to find/fix the glitch has not been taken.
Glitches seem to get fixed when updates or maintenance is done on the forum, which is not that often.

There is a second reason why PMs cannot be sent but looking at your joining date I do not believe this applies to you Another reason your PM feature may not be working properly is because Newly Registered users are not immediately granted PM privileges. New members must contribute a certain number of legitimate/useful posts to the Forum before PM privileges are granted to the user. (Not messages from one user to another like "I'll PM you as soon as the Moderators grant me PM privileges" or "What street have you been assigned to? I'm on Rahimah." The Forum remains useful and successful when a variety of users contribute their views and experiences for EVERYONE ON THE FORUM to take advantage of. (It takes more than moderators and 5 or 6 other users answering questions.) The Forum is not intended to be your private messaging service. That's what personal email is for. Please understand that PM privileges are granted after you post a pre-determined number of posts which are useful to the entire Forum community. I hope this is helpful to those who cannot figure out why the PM feature isn't working yet, and they just signed up yesterday. There is also a second reason that PMs cannot be posted but I do not think this applies to you given you joining date

Thank you Welshman for your kind explanation.
It may be the reason that I haven't post enough or contributed so I have to eligible first and then able to send PM.
Thanks & regards, Alter

Hi Alter-Alberta, The reason is probably the first one I gave. The PM has gone but never moves to sent. Can you check with recipient if they have received it?
