From what I read, Aramco has a bus that goes from Ras Tanura, to Dammam for shopping purposes. I wonder if they have the same for trips to the airport. Everything I read says that driving in cars/taxis is a perilous adventure, so being in a larger vehicle would be nice. Just wondered if this was an option?
