o all,
I've been on the hunt for corn tortillas. I see plenty of varieties of flour tortillas, but no corn here in the DHA commissary.
Anyone know where I can get pre-made corn tortillas?

We had some enchiladas the other night that were made with corn tortillas... i believe we were told they picked up from the Lulus on main camp. Apparently a rare find.

As Toes says, you can sometimes find corn tortillas in the frozen section at Lulus (commissary). You can also sometimes find masa harina (the flour from which corn tortillas are made) at Tamimis in Doha. I haven't seen either for several months though.

There are Corn Tortilla's in Lulu's on Rakah. Two varieties - I see them everytime I go looking for Rice paper without success!

Some people make them for sale from the Masa Harina. I know of one lady in RT that does it as well as a few other Mexican must-haves. You should ask any Latino you know because they either know or know someone who does. My wife makes them but it is enough work that she avoids it as much as possible. If you do find the Masa Harina and you use it, buy it in mayoreo. We freeze ours to keep the bugs out.
