I am hired on Family status but for personal reasons I have decided to be mobilised as a Bachelor which means that I will have to convert back to Family status if and when I wish to do so.

Does anyone know the avee time it takes to convert from Bachelor to Family status? I am not talking of how long it takes to get resident permit for family, but how long it takes for HR to approve the conversion from Bachelor to Family.

Hey,
Technically, it needs someone in HR to tick a box on the appropriate form. In reality, it can take anything from 3 seconds to 3 visits!!

However, we are all here, and managed all allowances etc, until it got to school fees, when apparently we wernt in Kingdom.....
