Looking for travel systems suitable for infant car seats to haul through airports such as GOGOBABY TRAVEL MATE. Is there a place in Dhahran/Dammam/Khobar that sells this product or similar products.

Actually you lost me at "travelling with kids" because I have done that too many times and I don't recommend it.  To try to answer your question. Most things eventually get here but if this a fairly recent invention, it may not be here yet. I personally have not seen this here. |

I haven't seen a product like that in Saudi, but that doesn't mean it's not here somewhere. However, it is probably easiest to order it from Amazon than search all over for it! You can also try posting in the many facebook groups that are for selling items in the Eastern Province. Maybe someone has one that they no longer need.
Another option would be to use a baby carrier. We don't use our car seats on the plane, so for us, it's easier to use a baby carrier when needed. For our next trip, I am considering buying a small stroller that can fold up to carry-on size so I can push my toddler and carry my baby while my husband handles the other 2 children and the luggage.
