Hi,
I have Qatar Driving License.Can i use it in Saudi?
If not than how to get saudi driving license?How much cost?

Once you have an iqama, you may be able to have your Qatari license exchanged for a Saudi license. I did that with a UAE license same day service. I lost the UAE license though. The rules may be the same for all GCC countries.

Thanks for your reply.I got it.So no need to appear for test.Just give Qatar Driving license with charges and get new Saudi driving license.

That was my case. Other GCC license was accepted. No test. When I got my motorcycle license, I had to be fingerprinted and had to appear in person (thank goodness because otherwise it would have been painful) but I can't remember why. Any time you have to deal with the police, best take a Saudi friend along even if you speak Arabic. It will save hours. I know one guy who could not get his license because the police printer was broken. His license was delivered to him personally by the police the following day - with an apology! Wasta. Gotta love it.
