Good day neighbors,
Can anyone provide me with instructions on how to receive FedEx or DHL packages? Or even Aramex? What address to use?
The Rakah post office says they dont accept FedEx or DHL only regular mail. The SMSA office says they receive nothing. I have my PO Box, but not sure what is really needed to receive those packages.
Feel free to private message me if you have any insight.
Your help is appreciated!

DHL, you can send to the Dhahran AlMajamma office. Ask them what address to use.
You should have a physical address in Rakah, street name and house number? Dhahran has P.O. Boxes, but we do have street names and house numbers that we use for DHL and UPS. DHL delivers to the DHA DHL office and UPS delivers to our house. They call and we let them in to deliver the pkg. The Rakah Compound may have a physical address for location, then add your house number. Give them your phone number to call for delivery.
UPS and Fed Ex could deliver to your office, use its address.

Basically so long as the sender gives your Saudi telephone number, your Aramco (po box) postal address you can receive the package easily. They will either call you to arrange delivery (give your Rakkah villa number) or to arrange a pickup point. Delivery tends to be within a few hours if someone is home in the daytime to collect.
DHL's main Khobar depot is right next to Dhahran towers in Khobar, on the main highway and is a 10 minute drive from Rakkah - this is our main receipt point for packages to date.

The problem is the office taking the package will say they cannot ship to a P.O. Box and they do not understand about KSA being different. So any physical address you give, of those suggested, will work, they will call you to schedule a delivery.

I have had a parcel delivered last week and waiting on another 10 arriving tomorrow or Friday by DHL to my door. happy to share the info with anyone, send me a pm or I am at 2020
