o,
In the earnings worksheet, there is a figure for the Annual Travel Allowance. I have been told that this figure is paid as a lump sum at the completion of a full year of service.
If the above is true do Bachelors receive another allowance IN ADDITION to the figure stated in the earnings worksheet when the embark on an approved INTERIM Leave?

Hi teeboy12, The total you were given is for all of your travel, i.e. your two interims and your full repat. The amount paid is based on your point of origin. The money is paid dependant on when you get the leave approved and into the system. The amount paid for the interims is less than for the full repat. Hope this helps

Hi teeboy12, Sorry should have added that the repat and interims are affected by when you actually arrive in KSA. The number of interims is dictated by your arrival date here.

Thanks Welshman. I understand that the number of leave trips is dependent on arrival date.
However, what made me ask the question was my concern on whether the cash-in-lieu payments based on approved airfares plus the 10% incidental travel expense for interim leave trips and 25% miscellaneous expense allowance for the repat would actually add up to the travel allowance figure quoted on the earnings worksheet.

Hi teeboy12, If you are from the UK you will receive approximately £2500 for each interim and approximately £3500 for your full repat. Hope this helps

Pick the most expensive airport to get to as your point of origin. The company factors in weather in the calculation and they don't assume what time you will take repay. A guy who chose Denver got twice what they give me due to snow risk in winter.

If you are departing from the UK then Aramco choose which airport is deemed your point of origin.
