Is the music system(like subwoofer, speaker, etc.) available in Dammam as my wife is a singer and wants to practice music in the compound. Any reply is appreciated!!!

Probably in Dammam as well, but yes they are available in Khobar. Although, the selection may not be what you want.

You can find most everything here. If you have something specific in mind, it might be better to bring it. But you need to think about where you are coming from and where you will be living. If your system is multi voltage, no problem. Transformers can be used but for a high current sound system, the KVA rating must be more than adequate and I would only use a dual wound iron core transformer and not the cheap elecronic ones. A good transformer is not a fire hazard. A cheap transformer is an accident begging to happen. Radio Shack sells maybe the best transformers but they are very proud of them. Even so, it could save lives.

Thanks for your reply. I need 1000W two passive speakers with subwoofer. I believe it will available there but if not then I believe I can buy from Dubai and bring that system to Dammam or where ever I will get the house?
