Great forum everyone, much appreciated info here. My question is, I have an interview scheduled soon with SA in U K. I am just not sure what to expect in terms of the pay discussion should there be one in near future. For a British citizen making £65000 pa gross with a FTSE100 company, would SA match the net pay or gross pay? The whole exercise would be pretty pointless if I get an offer matching the net pay only?
I appreciate its too soon to think of pay what with no offer in hand yet but I want to be prepared when I get a chance at the presentation to ask questions etc.
