Is it common to be asked to submit pay stub before interview with Aramco.

Before the interview sounds a bit odd. The requirement is usually before the offer is prepared which is normally after the interview.

Copies of my payslips were brought to the interview as I was requested to bring them.

Normal to take these to your interview. Yes, they could ask for them up front, so they can know what salary to offer. For U.S. many times the offer is the same as current pay. Offer is sometimes lower and can try to be negotiated, other times its higher than current pay.

Thanks all for reply. If the person who interviews , ask the job seeker about the "how many family member in your family?" at the end of interview. Is it positive sign to get offer ?
