Does anyone know when the pay stubs are asked to submit? Is it common to ask pay stub to submit before interview? Please let me know

Yes it is common, some people were asked to submit pay stubs before interview, I was asked to submit pay stub after the interview just before they made the offer.

Your offer will be based from your current compensation. If there are other tangible benefits that don't show up on your normal paystub, be sure to mention it and try to show evidence.

I submitted mine after the interview before they game my my first offer. I also re-submitted them when I countered because the first offer was less than what I was already making.
