Does EAP cover any transport fees charged by schools if this were applicable for a grade 10-12 student where the family are living off camp.

I cannot see anything in the EAP guidelines to suggest that they would reimburse for this.
I am also not aware that any of the schools offer such transportation. As far as I know, schools such as the ISG Dhahran campus (Dhahran Academy) only provide transportation for the staff, not for students. In my experience, transport to schools is more usually provided by the compound you live on. I used to see plenty of compound buses in the Academy parking lot when my daughter went to the British school there, but the only ISG buses I saw were for the teachers.

Unless it has changed recently, Aramco, not the school, provides bus service to the ISG Dhahran School campus for students from the Aramco Compounds and some if not all leased properties. You have to call bus information and sign up for that bus. There is a bus in the morning and 2 in the afternoon. One when school lets out and a late bus for those attending after school activities.

I know this is a bit late to the party, but we have a school organised bus for transport, who collect from the front door of our compound house. I have recollection that transport isn't included in EAP, but we have only just submitted the receipts, which included transport on the invoice. iirc, it is SAR 225/ month, so 2250/yr.
