Hi,
Sorry if this has already been answered somewhere else but I cannot find it anywhere - my husband is currently looking for employment and has seen some positions advertised for Aramco approved candidates. Could anyone please explain how to get approved? Any info would be greatly appreciated!

I've never heard of this. I'm not sure what you mean by "Aramco approved candidates"? Could you explain, please?

I don't know either lol. My husband has seen quite a few jobs advertised on agency websites but they all say you need to be Aramco approved. I've had a good look on the Internet but can't find anything about what this approval is or, more importantly, how to get it. One person said it might be an exam but he wasn't sure. Thought someone on here might have heard of it. (He's looking for offshore jobs to work in rotation, not to live in the Kingdom. Not sure if that makes a difference?)

From your description I can only guess that likely the jobs are contractor jobs, not Aramco direct hire. The "approved" may mean the approved staffing companies. Usually big companies don't hire contractor individuals, rather have a few "approved staffing agencies" who supply the contractors.
