Hi all
Does somebody know if Dammam area (Dhahran & Al-Khobar) has outlets malls?

I haven't heard of any in the Eastern Province. In Riyadh there is Azizia Mall which has many outlet stores. They are not like factory outlet stores though...it's where all the stores across the Kingdom send the leftovers or previous season stock. You can find some good deals there, but it's not like a normal outlet mall like you find in USA.
