Patience and more patience. Do a search for "timeline" on the forum. Every stage of the hiring process can be seen and the many different timelines for each stage. Every length of time is normal.

There are many possibilities. Jobs are not always filled very quickly. It is possible that your resume wasn't what they were looking for. It's equally possible that they are not ready to interview. Remember, it is Ramadan now.

May be your resume does not meet with their requirement this may be the reason for this. It is also possible that eh presentation of your resume is not really good enough to catch the attention of the recruiter.

I have applied for couple of jobs but there was no luck.Someone told me the best way is to work for Aramco sub-contractors. I applied for one of their sub-contractors through a recruiter in Ireland.I received a questionnaire to fill out and email back. Interview were taking place from March17-23 2016 in Houston.Tx. I didn't hear anything after that. Can someone hook me up with a sub contractor who can offer me a job.I am flexible on Salary.
