I am just wondering if there are any Albertans(YMM, YYC or YEG  ) working in SA . I am QA/QC professional working in Oil sands Fort Mcmurray. (5+ years’ experience) 1) How’s the work atmosphere and working hours 2) Howz the US school curriculum is different than Canadian ( as my kids going to school soon) 3) My spouse is also want to work she don’t want to stay at home is it easy to find job with Aramco. She got 5+ years’ experience in Oil industry as ( non-technical  ) 4) Is it possible to get visa for parents also ? 5) Any upcoming job fairs in Canada( which city they usually going to? ) 6) Is it possible to visit Aramco site and compound before so one can see what it looks like and what kind of life is there ? or something like site tour Thanks in advance

Lots of Canadians, so probably some from Alberta.
1) atmosphere depends on where you work, just like anywhere. Good days and bad days. happy days and frustrating days. I know you are wanting specifics, but since I do not know which actual group you will be working in, I cannot tell you. Even if you told me the group, I do not work there so cannot give specifics, so a very general answer.
2). There is a post in Frequently Asked Questions that may help. One difference is that it is a U.S. curriculum, so the kids will learn U.S. history. My Canadian friends' kids do well in the Aramco schools.
3). Spouse jobs are not easily gotten. She should come understanding she may not get a job. Once here, she can go to HR and apply. She can visit the department she would like to work in and meet the supervisor or manager. Ladies do work in DHA in particular but it takes time to get hired.
4). Once you have your resident visa and iqama, you can apply for your parents a visitor visa.
5). All job fairs are posted on the jobsataramco links at the bottom of the page.
6). Not usually, especially of you are not in kingdom already.
