Has anyone got recent experience of applying first child british passport from Saudi?
How long it takes approx?

Thanks, I have already checked but wanted to know if someonce has actually applied using the online service and how long its taking. I have checked some forums and read that ppl are struggling with the new online service, in some cases it has taken 3-4 months or even more to get the new british passport (overseas).

A friend of mine renewed his daughter's British passport last year and the process took 8 weeks - slightly longer than what is listed on the website. No information regarding first passport applications sorry.
