Hi,
What's expected re business attire at headquarters? Three piece suits and wingtips? Or khakis and a dress shirt?

Dress code is mainly business casual. There may be people in suits in other departments, but I haven't seen any other than for special occations.

The dress code in company offices is pretty relaxed. You don't have to wear dress shirts. Polo shirts and chino-type pants are fairly common, for instance. I have also seen people wearing t-shirts and jeans - although not quite so often.
