It looks like there has been a change in some company policies related to new employees with large families hired on/after March 1, 2015. The company will no longer pay EAP benefits for the 5th or any subsequent children. Also, the company will no longer pay annual repatriation (vacation) payments for the 5th or any subsequent children. This policy appears to only affect employees hired on or after March 1, 2015. It looks like employees hired before March 1st are grandfathered.
However, the company will now pay for up to a maximum of 8 round-trip economy air tickets for dependent children in college/trade school (2 trips per school year). These payments will not apply to children seeking a second degree after obtaining their first degree.
