I would like for my 4 year old to learn swimming. Is there swimming school available in the compounds?

You don't state where you are likely to be placed.
Dhahran has swim instructors and Rakah does as well, although they are heavily subscribed in the latter case. I don't know about arrangements at other sites - I imagine RT will have them as well.

Maursh I dont know where we will be placed but I am guessing we will end up in Radium or Pearl as the other compunds seem full. But surely if Radium and Pearl have swimming pools they must have swimming school for children?

Having a swimming pool does NOT mean there will be swimming lessons.
Rakah had been "open" 18 months before any children's swimming lessons were here and even now, there are limited spaces for the number of children. The issue is that there are not always qualified personnel available and the resource allocation becomes tighter as more compounds are leased.
Sorry, but I don't know anything about what is available at Radium and Pearl at this time. One of the residents from there would need to answer this - but it will be case by case for each compound.
