I would like to know if all hiring (arranging interviews, closing offers etc) are done "Execlusively" by ASC, or are there any cases out there where people have been hired through an outside & independent Recruiting Consultant?
Can someone please share their experience, or please help clarify what are the roles such Consultants can or do play in hiring, and to what extent?
P.S: The Consultant firm is very well reputed in industry. It is not the case of a scam or wrongful representation.
