As far as I know, Saudi Aramco is not hiring any more health care workers. Saudi Aramco Medical Services are now run as a joint venture with Johns Hopkins Medical International, under the le of Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare (JHAH). JHAH does hire (and is hiring) health care workers of various different nationalities and descriptions. As Grove said, Aramco outsourced their medical branch (SAMSO) to Johns Hopkins last year to form JHAH. There will be no more medical Aramco direct hires.
JHAH does have quite a few openings, but currently they are trying to meet the governments Saudization numbers. Once that is met they hope to bring in expats. I have no idea what the current ratio is or when that will occur.
