Hi All,
many thanks for all the insights of this forum, I'm a brand new member, but I've read a lot of information at early time of my application. Now it seems went good! I've been offered a position as Contract Advisor in Marine Dept. Do you have any information about the job there? The position seems to be based in RT, headquarters of Marine Dept. I know that the department is a core value in Aramco, it's well known in Oil industry, so I ask general question about the role, how the job is, daily activities or main challenges if any. I'm decided if moving, so I think you can provide me with additional inputs.
Generally speaking: - what about the job (daily activities, way to interact with other depts, etc...) - what about career mobility (I mean, not change in salary grade, but evolution in the role, increase in responsibility, change of dept, as I've a technical background in marine, could be an this an added value? If I plan to grow up in the role, can I also think about career path, moving through the dept/other units?)
Many thanks in advance, obviously it depends on my performance, but I'd like to know if I can believe in a professionalism increase.
Regards, Vitru

In all the departments where I have worked, there has been quite a lot of internal mobility. People move within depts on a frequent basis, in my experience.
YMMV
