Hi,

I've heard new houses are currently being built in Dhahran compound. Can someone please let me know how many houses are being built and when these houses will be available?

Will these new houses be occupied by US nationals only? I believe this will free some space in RT and ABQ, right?

I appreciate your thoughts.

Housing said 1200 houses, don't take this as true. So far pretty much nothing has been done.

There is no indication that these houses will be any different from the existing housing in terms of eligibility. Which means that they could be assigned to any nationality, based on the company's standard housing rules.

The first phase is planned to be finished by the end of 2017. The first phase is bachelor houses only.

While oil prices struggle and major developments are planned for al Hasa and north of Ras Tanura, I wonder if developments in Dhahran are a priority at this point.
