If you need something moved within the camp, I think you can call furniture warehouse and schedule with them for free.

Thanks UmmRiyam! I am also going to purchase some bigger items from Ikea. Do you know if I need to secure a gate pass for the Ikea delivery persons?

You certainly don't need a gate pass. A (personal) gate pass is used to allow items belonging to you, to be taken out of camp.
Last time I had anything delivered they just had to sign in as per normal procedures (includes the security guard calling you on your land line to confirm that you are sponsoring the visit). I believe you can also do a Personal Visit Request from the e-Security page on myhome but I've never actually used that system myself. To do the online request, as I understand it you need to enter full details of the vehicle being used and the driver's ID information.
If they sign is as normal at the visitor center, the security guys will take all that info directly from the person coming in.
